Terms of Service

1. What JoshBoost is
JoshBoost ("we", "us") is an independent digital marketing services reseller. We resell social media engagement services (followers, likes, views, members and similar) sourced from third-party upstream providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta, Google, YouTube, Telegram, X Corp, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or any other platform named on this site. Their names are used only to describe the services we resell for those platforms.
2. Accounts and wallet
You need an account to place an order. Your account holds a wallet balance, denominated in Indian Rupees. Wallet balance is added by you and spent on orders — it is not a stored-value instrument redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or any payment method. It has no expiry.
3. Orders, delivery and refill
Delivery times, minimum/maximum quantities and refill windows are shown per service and variant at the time of order and may change between orders. If your order does not start within 24 hours of payment, we refund it to your wallet automatically. If a service is marked with a refill window and your delivered count drops below what you paid for inside that window, refills are provided automatically on request from your dashboard.
4. What we never ask for
We never ask for your account password on any platform. Every service is delivered using your public profile or post link. Anyone contacting you claiming to be JoshBoost support and asking for login credentials is not us — report it to us immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use purchased engagement. We do not knowingly deliver to content that violates the destination platform's policies, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Using purchased metrics to materially mislead a commercial counterparty (e.g. inflated follower counts in a paid brand deal) may expose you to obligations under India's advertising and consumer-protection rules — that responsibility is yours, not ours.
6. Fraud and account security
We monitor for chargeback abuse, rapid top-up-then-refund patterns, and multiple accounts per device. We may suspend an account and freeze its balance pending investigation, and may require identity verification before releasing a frozen balance.
7. Liability
Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis via third-party upstream providers we do not control. Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for action taken by a destination platform against your account.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
