What we collect
Account details you provide (email, optionally phone), order details (the public profile/post link you submit, quantity, service), payment metadata from Cashfree (we never see or store your card/UPI credentials — Cashfree processes payments directly), and basic technical data (IP address, device fingerprint) used for fraud prevention.
How we use it
To operate your account and wallet, fulfil orders through our upstream provider, send order and payment notifications, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
Cashfree (payments), our upstream SMM service provider (only the link/quantity needed to fulfil your order — never your JoshBoost account credentials), and Google Analytics (aggregate site usage). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and fraud-record purposes afterward.
Your rights
Contact us to request a copy of your data or account deletion, subject to records we're required to keep by law.
